Craig & Maddie are father and daughter, and just as June was growing up with her dad, she sees the same relationship developing between her son and his daughter. Maddie loves doing things with her dad. It warms June's heart. It was never as evident to June as just recently when Maddie showed her Black Angus steer at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Her first time to show a steer, Maddie placed third qualifying her for the auction. Every one was so proud, and Maddie had a smile that showed her unbelievable achievements. As they were walking back to be photographed, Maddie & Craig were walking arm in arm, sharing the moment. That might be another painting. Moments like this are what life is all about.
