June couldn't resist painting this picture of Maddie and the newborn baby calf. One morning out behind the barn Maddie spotted this little baby calf out in the pasture with its mother no where in sight. She took off like greased lightning to go pet it. Lucky for June, she had her camera in her hand and Maddie had on her chaps, jeans, & boots. June kept a good eye out for Mama as Maddie & her sister, McKenna, really enjoyed this baby calf.
