One spring/early summer after an abundance of rain the yellow flowers out in the pastures were all so beautiful and very prolific. June loves country scenes like this one with the old gate in it. This is very close to where June's ranch is located and so typical of the property all around Central Texas. June even put her son's initials on the fence like he had carved them into the board. His wife, Rachelle, is the figure in this painting. It is an invigorating feeling to be out in the country on a beautiful day like this picking wildflowers. This print is still available.
