Whistle My Thistle

June loves watching cattle especially when they have little calves.  These two little calves belong to Mark, her son.  Sitting, watching, enjoying paid off for June the day she happened to snap this picture.  This is her second painting to be done of these two little calves.  She decided to crop in on the calves just showcasing their heads, where all the action is with them sniffing the thistle bloom.  Lucky day for an artist to catch this action in a photograph!!!
