Riding the Ranch

Several years ago June & Richard got to spend a few days in Big Bend.  They rafted down the Rio Grande River, hiked trails, drove through gorgeous sites especially at sunset, & enjoyed Big Bend.  On one of the trails they hiked, maybe this one, they climbed to the top of it.  About half way up Richard declared he wasn't going any further.  With June encouraging him to come on with her, this hiker was on his way down, & upon hearing her, he looked at Richard & said, "What are you?  A man or a mouse?"  Richard jumped up & went all the way to the top with June.  It still brings a smile to June's face whenever she thinks about that moment!
