Autumn Gold

Autumn Gold is in the Texas hill country in Lost Maples.  The colors in the fall are breathtakingly beautiful.  The Sabinal River runs through the Sabinal Canyon and in places you can walk it as it is only ankle deep and in other places it gets much deeper depending on how much rainfall they have had.  I love to go there and walk through following the river or in the river.  It is ever changing with the seasons, the time of day, and the floods that occur from time to time.  The day I photographed this was just picture perfect!
