Beside Still Waters

The Texas Hill Country holds the ultimate charm for June Dudley.  She loves traveling the many roads, trails, rivers, and streams that maneuver through the sandstone cliffs and hills that make up this magnificent land.   While painting this June was reminded of Psalm 23:  "He leads me beside still waters", or a different version, "He leads me beside quiet waters."  The cowboy is our long time family friend, Judge Duane Peters, and his horse.  What a fun painting to paint as June really enjoys painting water, running and still, and any Texas Hill Country scene.
